ATHLETICA coaching services are available to everyone, from those just starting out on their health and fitness journey, to experienced athletes looking for a fresh, evidence-based perspective to take them to that next level. Importantly, because the ATHLETICA coaching philosophy is founded on building healthy humans before anything else performance-related, you don't require any competitive ambitions whatsoever to participate in a ATHLETICA programme.

Your journey begins with the Athletica Foundation Nutrition Programme - a bespoke plan designed to help individuals build a base diet from which they can continue to grow and develop their health and athleticism from.

From the first meeting, university-trained Nutritionist, Jamie Scott will work through your health and performance goals, identifying any specific food and nutrition issues to address (energy imbalances, potential nutrient deficiencies, food intolerances, etc), and develop a personalised evidence-based plan to suit your needs and lifestyle.

He will work alongside you over a 4-week programme providing high level of support during the most critical time that new structures, systems, practices and habits are being established, troubleshooting any issues, and adapting the plan as required.

Foundation Nutrition Programme
Duration: 4-weeks

Whether it be for health and/or performance, this 4-week programme will help you recalibrate your daily nutrition practices and habits following a simple, strategic, and fully supported process. With an emphasis on energy and deep nourishment, this is the plan for those looking for a solid foundation from which to build on.

Available via application on a monthly intake basis and subject to capacity.
Applications made within 8-weeks of a priority event are unlikely to be accepted, so plan ahead if you are interested in this programme.

Ongoing Nutrition & Athletic Development Coaching

Upon completion of the foundation programme, ongoing nutrition support may be available via a monthly coaching subscription plan.
ATHLETICA subscription coaching plans have 3 tiers based on the level and frequency of coaching input and support required:

Individual Consultations

For those not wanting to take part in any longer-term coaching programme, assessment and advice is still available via consultation.

Consultations do not include any ongoing support, but are a good option for those wanting a professional assessment of their situation and circumstances, and who are comfortable developing their own action plan based on the advice given.

Level-1 is available as a nutrition-only coaching subscription and is best used as follow-on coaching support from the Foundation Nutrition Programme.

Level-1 is ideal for those who have a coach/plan for a major goal or event but require ongoing nutritionist support alongside this for the development of training and race nutrition plans and strategies. It is also suitable for those individuals are relatively independent in their nutrition practices but who still want the accountability and support of a monthly review.

Level-2 coaching is available for anyone wanting to work on both nutrition and an integrated performance conditioning programme concurrently.

This is the most popular subscription coaching level for those building toward a goal while letting ATHLETICA take care of all the planning and implementation.
